yeah the actual figure of Van Helsing isn't that bad either, at least the body, I didn't get a good look at the face sculpt, but yeah, the size bothers me
only two look halfway decent. they're the same size as the underworld figures (about four inches), and for the most part, I think they suck.
the wolfman literally looks like a piece of shiny crap shaped like a wolf. that figure appears to be either two figures, the wolf and the man that turns into him, or the wolf is a suit you can put onto the man. not sure which it is.
one of the somewhat cool figures is frankenstein's monster. that one looks decent, not great, but not awful either. I *might* get him, as I love monsters, but the 4" or 5" size kinda throws me off. I either like my figures tiny, like the AOME ones, or 6"-8"..that in between crap just bugs me most of the time.
the woman (I forget her name) is the other decent one..the likeness seems ok, the paint looked good, but as it's just a plain female figure I wasn't interested. I generally don't care for plain human figures. if they're people, they gotta be bearing some cool armor, weapons, or be like the Monsters 3 line.
dracula looked crappy. his mouth looks weird, the paint was sloppy, and I think the small size really hurts him..he looks no bigger, if even a bit smaller than the female figure, and with his mouth making him look like he has on fucked up lipstick, and the ponytail, I thought "eh? who's the other chick figure?" before I realized it was drac.
I saw them at walmart, can't remember the price, but figured I'd give a heads up to anyone looking for them.
also, this particular walmart had every s25 figure..except for raven. curses!

saw em today too .sorta thought they sucked ... oh well . the wife'll be pissed shes a big Hugh Jackman fan .. im sure the movie will be awsome though ..

I would have picked up a few as fodder, but for the the $10 tag...
maybe at $1 each.
The larger figs (12" were they?) look a lot better.

I personally don't care, as that figure will join my collection when satan buys a pair of skates and a winter coat, but it just seems kind of cheap. My wife got me the 12" Van Helsing figure and it's MUCH better than the 4". The 4" Jackman likeness is not that bad though. I picked it up the day it came out..but didn't pay much. I don't
remember but it was more along the SW 3.75 " price at TRU. I sure didn't pay any $10.00 for it [img]eek.gif[/img] I got it for shits and giggles more than anything as his crossbow is HUGE..LOL
The upcoming Sideshow ones look the best so far, but they don't come cheap.
